Tenant Direct is always on the look out for ambitious individuals to join our growing team, there are a number of clearly defined positions that you can apply for including. The various positions that are likely to come available within the company are:

Lettings Negotiators

A negotiator job will entail carrying out viewings and liaising with Tenants and Landlords, providing rental assessments, valuations appraisals and advice for Landlords, checking through our computer system to match tenants to properties and Liaising between tenants and landlords in order to see deals through to completion. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and confident manner, experience is preferred but junior positions are often also available whereby full training will be given. A full driving licence is essential for this position.

Office Administrators

Office administration staff duties will include setting up tenancies, referencing tenants, filing, answering the telephone to take enquiries and entering tenant applicant details to our system and making appointments with available negotiators. Setting up standing orders for rental payments, drawing up monthly landlord statements and transferring utilities to new tenants along with other office administration.

Property Managers

Property Managers will be responsible for all a management duties including carrying out inventories, checking tenants in and out of properties, arranging keys, taking gas and electricity meter readings at the start and end of tenancy, carrying out quarterly inspections of properties and liaising with contractors to ensure maintenance is carried out swiftly and efficiently.
