Good news for Southampton Letting Landlords - The property rental market is currently improving due to the increasing strength of the domestic rental market, according to a new report.

Recent research has revealed that the average rent for property in England and Wales saw an increase of 0.5 per cent in July, this is the second monthly increase in a row and the highest rise in a year.
